Privacy Policy

Total AI Marketing LLC (“Total AI Marketing”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why, and what choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Information we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. If you submit the contact form, we receive your first name, last name, email address, optional phone number, the service you are interested in, and your message.

We also receive the standard technical information any web server records when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested. This is used for security and reliability.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information. We never have.
• This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no third-party analytics, advertising or session-recording trackers. There is nothing to opt out of, because we are not tracking you.
• We do not use your contact details for anything other than responding to you and, if you ask us to, sending you information about our services.

How we use your information

To reply to your enquiry, to provide and support services you request, to send service communications such as invoices or account notices, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

Sharing

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example email delivery, payment processing and hosting — and only to the extent needed to perform that function. They may not use it for their own purposes. We also disclose information where required by law.

Financial data

Where we connect a bank account for accounting and reconciliation, we do so through Plaid Inc. Those connections are used for our own company bank accounts. Access credentials are encrypted before storage, kept only for the life of the connection, and deleted and revoked when the connection ends. Plaid’s own privacy policy is available at plaid.com/legal.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information only as long as there is a lawful or operational reason to. Accounting and tax records are kept for seven years as required. Client account data is kept for the duration of the relationship plus 24 months. Prospect contact data is kept for 36 months from your last engagement with us. Security and email logs are kept for 24 months.

Your rights

Wherever you live, we will honour these: you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and opt out of marketing communications at any time. If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you these rights explicitly, along with the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

To make a request, email info@totalaimarketing.com. We will verify who you are and respond within 45 days. If a legal obligation requires us to keep something, we will tell you which category and why, and delete the rest.

Security

Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher; older protocols are refused. Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest, access to production systems is restricted to named administrators from approved locations, and our systems are monitored and patched continuously.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the effective date above. We review it at least every six months.
