Her expertise spans across human resource management, infrastructure building, contract negotiations, and the implementation of project management processes in diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals and IT.
Tisha serves as Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at Ground Zero Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where she directs company-wide initiatives in project management, finance, and business development. She established a PMO, creating guidelines and templates to improve service delivery and operational efficiency, and transitioned the company from basic to comprehensive project accounting systems, optimizing financial tracking and reporting.
Tisha’s career also includes roles as Vice President of Finance and Operations, Senior Director of Finance and Operations, and Director of Finance and Operations, where she expanded core team capabilities, implemented efficient policies and IT processes, developed internal Regulatory Operations departments, coordinated secure server systems, and developed client-centric marketing tools.

That same year, Doug founded a legal document preparation company in Arizona, leveraging technology to provide services to customers across the United States and Canada. Under his guidance, the company surpassed $1 million in annual sales by its second year, expanding to offices in three cities across Arizona and continuing to operate successfully today.
In 2014, Doug founded Total Front Page, where he pioneered autocomplete marketing technology that strategically placed business names into the predictive search suggestions on Google, Bing, and YouTube.
